I take great pride in welcoming you to attend the Nordic Science Center Conference 2019, organized by the NSCF board in cooperation with VilVite.

This conference is a meeting place where knowledge is shared, new ideas created, and new partnerships established, in an informal and open-minded setting.

The conference in 2019 is especially suited for staff members working in operations, e.g., explainers, maintenance, shop, and communication.

The schedule will be released soon, but we kindly ask you to already note the following:

Registration opens: May 2019

Conference dates: 22.10-24.10.2019

Fee for members: 240€ early bird/ 300€ later;

Non-members: 300€ early bird/ 400€ later.

Bergen is Norway’s second city, and generally considered to be the most charming, with its wooden houses and old harbour, gracefully situated between seven hills and the world-famous fjords.

Getting to Bergen

Fly directly to Bergen International Airport from a number of domestic and international airports:

In addition to a large selection of direct flights to Bergen, you can also arrive by ferry or cruise, or by train from Oslo (ca 7 hours).

The Bergen Railway between Bergen and Oslo has been ranked as one of the greatest train journeys in the world.

Bergen also has a ferry connection to and from the Continent. Fjord Line sails to Denmark and the ferry docks within easy walking distance of the city center.
